I've been very lucky to win a fair few awards in both my advertising & marketing career, and also since I launched Neon Play in 2010. We went from winning a small glass trophy at the Cirencester Business Awards to meeting the Queen at Buckingham Palace just two years later.

And having been both a judge in industry awards, plus having entered dozens of awards, I have been lucky enough to see both sides of the awards process and I've learned quite a lot along the way. And I'd love to pass on that knowledge to you!
