Sessions can be conducted in-person or remotely via video conferencing.

All information provided by clients during sessions should be accurate and truthful.
4. Payment Terms

Services for workshops and coaching/consultancy are billed at an agreed rate.

Payment is due within 14 days of invoicing.

Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session.
5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during sessions remain the property of Oli Christie Coaching and Consultancy.

Clients have the right to use these materials for personal purposes but cannot redistribute or use them commercially.
6. Confidentiality

Client confidentiality is paramount and will be strictly maintained.

7. Liability Limitation

Liability is limited to the value of the services purchased.

Oli Christie Coaching and Consultancy is not liable for decisions made by the client based on the advice given.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session incur a 100% fee.
9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should be addressed via email.

These will be resolved through mediation before any legal proceedings.
